What to expect

A visit at Nūr Skin starts with your skin as it is that day. We cleanse, look, and then choose the treatment — hydration, calming, brightening, anti-aging, or acne care. You do not need to arrive with a routine figured out.

Please complete the consultation form after you book and before the appointment, so Elshaddai knows your skin before you arrive. The consent form is part of every booking. Chemical peels and dermaplaning also need that consent signed before the treatment.

Come as you are. If you are running late, send a WhatsApp message. A late arrival may shorten the treatment so the next guest is not kept waiting.

If you need to move a time, message us as early as you can so the opening can be offered to someone else.
